autumn, 2017: i am hitchhiking with a friend from my home village in eastern germany to athens, greece. we are traveling for one month. i am documenting everything with a simple pocket camera. later it turns out that something in the camera is broken, that every single picture is blurred. at first i am disappointed, than i find that this is a much more honest and fitting way of visualizing a journey. the blurreness is holding more space for memories. it is like the fact, that you can´t really tell someone about the experiences you made. there are too many informations. too many details. and you are realizing that the most important thing is to keep the feeling.
